Abstract
a presente invenção é direcionada a uma placa compósita pelo menos parcialmente produzida a partir de um material compósito não tecido, sendo que o dito material compósito não tecido compreende: - fibras liberianas e/ou fibras de vidro, - fibras plásticas, e - entre 10 e 75% em peso de elemento termorrígido à base de líquido curado. adicionalmente, a presente invenção também é direcionada ao uso de tal placa compósita em todas as aplicações em que aglomerado de madeira (pb), placa de fibras de densidade média e alta (mdf & hdf), painel de tiras de madeira orientadas (osb), painel de lâminas paralelas (lvl), madeira compensada (plw) e materiais relacionados são usados, e em painéis de parede, painéis de separação, painéis de isolamento, laminados, piso, em particular, piso laminado, azulejos, mobiliário e aplicações relacionadas. além disso, a presente invenção é direcionada a um processo para fabricar uma placa compósita que compreende misturar fibras liberianas e/ou fibras de vidro com fibras plásticas, formando, assim, uma camada de fibra, e termoformar a dita camada de fibra em uma camada de material compósito não tecido, em que dita termoformação compreende impregnar a camada de fibra sob condições de vácuo com elemento termorrígido líquido e aquecimento.
