Abstract
trata-se de um método de produção de uma espuma à base de poliuretano que inclui fornecer um resíduo de cultura triturado que tem um tamanho médio de partícula inferior a 10 mm e que é preparado triturandose resíduos agrícolas, fornecer um sistema de poliuretano que inclui um componente de isocianato e um componente reativo de isocianato, nos quais o sistema de poliuretano tem um índice de isocianato de 70 a 350, formar um sistema de poliuretano modificado adicionando-se o resíduo de cultura triturado ao sistema de poliuretano em uma faixa de 1,0% a 20,0% em peso, com base no peso total do sistema de poliuretano, e formar a espuma à base de poliuretano de modo a ter uma densidade aplicada de 30 kg/m3 a 75 kg/m3, de acordo com astm d-1622, e ter o resíduo de cultura triturado incorporado aos polímeros de poliuretano que são um produto de reação do componente de isocianato e do componente reativo de isocianato do sistema de poliuretano.
