Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a uma unidade de contato líquido-gás compreendendo uma coluna, pelo menos um leito empacotado inferior e um leito empacotado superior posicionado mais alto do que o leito fixo mais baixo no interior da coluna, um dispositivo de coleta e redistribuição de líquido impermeável a gás disposto entre o leito empacotado inferior e superior no interior da coluna e um tubo externo no exterior da coluna, o tubo compreendendo externo uma extremidade de entrada, uma extremidade de saída e uma parede periférica entre a extremidade de entrada e a extremidade de saída; a extremidade de entrada sendo posicionada entre o leito empacotado inferior e o dispositivo de coleta e redistribuição de líquido impermeável a gás e a extremidade de saída sendo posicionada entre o leito empacotado superior e o dispositivo de coleta e redistribuição de líquido impermeável a gás. a presente invenção também se refere a um método para melhorar a eficiência de uma unidade de contato líquido-gás dirigindo o gás do leito empacotado inferior para o leito empacotado superior através do tubo externo.
