Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de materiais compósitos de mancal de deslizamento (30), no qual um pó (11) de um metal de mancal é aplicado em um material de fita (6) a partir de um aço e o metal de mancal é submetido a pelo menos um processo de sinterização e o material compósito (25) de material de fita (6) e metal antifricção (14) é submetido, em seguida, a um tratamento térmico. depois do processo de sinterização, o material compósito (25) é resfriado bruscamente e seguido por um processo de envelhecimento. o material compósito de mancal de deslizamento (30) apresenta uma camada de suporte (32) de aço e uma camada de mancal de deslizamento sinterizado (34) de uma liga de cobre, sendo que a camada de mancal de deslizamento (34) apresenta uma dureza de 100 hbw 1/5/30 até 200 hbw 1/5/30.
