Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uso de uma composição que compreende um tensoativo catiônico, o qual compreende um grupo de topo de amônio primário ou secundário e uma cauda de c12-alquila linear não substituída, para induzir germinação de endósporos bacterianos em suspensão de pasta para a fabricação de papel, cartão ou afins. a invenção refere-se também a um método para reduzir quantitativamente endósporos bacterianos em suspensão de pasta para a fabricação de papel, cartão ou afins. o método compreende obter pasta celulósica em suspensão aquosa e administrar a composição à suspensão de pasta celulósica. o tensoativo catiônico é deixado interagir com endósporos bacterianos na suspensão de pasta celulósica. germinação de endósporos e destruição de micro-organismos são assim induzidas.
