Abstract
um método de processamento de varredura de tomografia de coerência ótica (oct), compreendendo: receber dados de oct compreendendo um sinal de oct indicativo do nível de dispersão em uma amostra, os dados de oct incluindo o sinal de oct para pelo menos uma varredura através da amostra, com o sinal de oct tendo sido medido em profundidade e posição variáveis através da amostra em cada varredura; processar os dados de oct para cada varredura com profundidade para produzir uma varredura de profundidade indicativa representativa do sinal de oct em cada profundidade em todas as varreduras; ajustar uma curva à varredura de profundidade indicativa, a curva compreendendo um primeiro termo que decai exponencialmente em relação à profundidade e um segundo termo que depende do ruído no sinal de oct; e calcular uma intensidade compensada para o sinal de oct em cada ponto através de cada varredura, a intensidade compensada compreendendo uma proporção de um termo compreendendo um logaritmo do sinal de oct para um termo compreendendo o logaritmo da curva ajustada.
