Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho terminal (1) capaz de executar com eficiência um procedimento de acesso aleatório que inclui uma unidade de processamento de camada de controle de acesso ao meio (15) para iniciar um procedimento de acesso aleatório com base em um comando de pdcch, uma unidade de transmissão (10) para transmitir um preâmbulo de acesso aleatório através do uso de um canal físico de acesso aleatório (prach), e um controlador de potência de transmissão (17) para ajustar a potência de transmissão para transmitir o preâmbulo de acesso aleatório com base em um contador de transmissão, sendo que o contador de transmissão é configurado com base em pelo menos um primeiro item de informação e um segundo item de informação incluídos no comando de pdcch, sendo o primeiro item de informação usado para indicar o preâmbulo de acesso aleatório e o segundo item de informação usado para selecionar um recurso do prach.
