Abstract

É divulgado um sistema e método de controle integrado que melhora o desempenho de aplicação/rejeição de carga para grupos geradores a diesel. O controle de linearização de retroalimentação é usado para regulação da tensão o que remova a interação entre a regulação automática de tensão e regulação de velocidade. Um sinal de pré-alimentação adequado é enviado ao regulador usando controle de antecipação de carga. O controle integrado reduz a velocidade do motor e os desvios de tensão. É implementado no regulador de tensão, pois reconhece as alterações de carga antes do motor. O controle integrado auxilia o motor a antecipar os ajustes de aceleração com antes da carga ser reconhecida pelo motor. Os resultados dos testes mostram uma melhoria na recuperação de velocidade do motor após um grande aumento ou diminuição na carga.
