Abstract
unidade sensora, sistema e método para monitoramento e avaliação da condição de um líquido tendo por objeto uma unidade sensora para monitorar a condição de um líquido, dita unidade sensora compreendendo pelo menos um sensor e uma unidade de avaliação. a unidade sensora é adaptada para medir dois ou mais parâmetros do líquido com o uso de pelo menos um sensor, em que os parâmetros se referem, pelo menos, à degradação de líquido ou geração de partícula de resíduos de desgaste. o pelo menos um sensor é adaptado para fornecer pelo menos dois sinais, cada sinal fornecendo seus valores de uma maneira adequada para desenvolver um valor médio e uma variância diferente de zero durante um curso de pelo menos duas medições. a unidade de avaliação é adaptada para correlacionar os sinais medidos e para avaliar a condição do líquido comparando-se os pelo menos dois parâmetros medidos. desse modo, um sistema de monitoramento confiável, que oferece retroalimentação contínua sobre o desempenho do lubrificante e da máquina de uma maneira autocorrelacionada é obtido, permitindo, assim, ajustes contínuos para melhorar o tempo produtivo e a vida útil de máquina.
