Abstract
são revelados um dispositivo de indução eletromagnética e um método para fabricar o mesmo. o dispositivo compreende uma cobertura magnética (110) e um conjunto de espiras (120). a cobertura magnética (110) consiste em duas ou mais unidades magnéticas (111), e um laço de fluxo magnético fechado pode ser formado dentro de cada unidade magnética (111). as unidades magnéticas (111) são unidas conjuntamente para formar um corpo integrado substancialmente fechado tendo no mesmo uma cavidade (112), e superfícies de divisão entre as unidades magnéticas (111) são dispostas substancialmente ao longo do laço de fluxo magnético sem interromper o laço de fluxo magnético. as espiras (120) são colocadas na cavidade (112) formada pela cobertura magnética (110), eletrodos das espiras (120) são levados para fora da cobertura magnética (110), e o laço de fluxo magnético na cobertura magnética (110) é formado após energização das espiras (120). o dispositivo de indução eletromagnética pode fechar substancialmente espiras, impedindo vazamento de fluxo magnético para uma extensão máxima. ainda que superfícies de divisão entre unidades magnéticas são dispostas ao longo de um laço de fluxo magnético, nenhuma folga de ar não é gerada no laço de fluxo magnético, diminuindo efetivamente desse modo resistência magnética.
