"ABA ESPAÇADORA PARA DISPLAY EXPOSITOR, COM SISTEMA DE REDUÇÃO DE LARGURA E EMBUTIMENTO DE PRATELEIRAS, EM CONDIÇÃO DE PLANIFICAÇÃO" Para planificação e estruturação de um display expositor (1). O display expositor (1) de papelão, plástico ou outro material, com parede traseira (2) e paredes laterais (6) dotadas de prateleiras (3), recebe abas espaçadoras (8) repuxadas entre si por tira elástica (13), possibilitando um sistema pelo qual o referido display (1), mesmo planificado, pode ser fechado lateralmente com a sobreposição de suas paredes laterais (6). Assim sendo, as abas espaçadoras (8) possuem conformação devidamente estudada no projeto de corte e vinco para que compensem a altura das prateleiras (3) desarmadas e assentadas sobre a parede traseira (2), dando ao display (1) um fechamento lateral quando planificado, resumindo-o a uma largura apenas de sua parede traseira (2). Com esse fechamento lateral necessita-se menos espaço em estoque e transporte ao cliente, além de embutir e proteger as prateleiras (3). Description

[001] Refere-se o presente relatório descritivo, a um pedido de patente de invenção para um par de abas espaçadoras incorporadas entre a parede traseira (dotada de prateleiras articuláveis) e as paredes laterais de um display expositor, fabricado em papelão, plástico ou outro material. As abas espaçadoras são dimensionadas para que compensem o distanciamento entre a parede traseira e as paredes laterais. Com isso, após a articulação é formado um inédito sistema pelo qual as paredes laterais podem ser fechadas entre si sobrepondo-se nas prateleiras desarmadas, assentadas na parede traseira quando da planificação do display. Esse fechamento lateral reduz espaço quando do display estocado, empilhado ou para ser entregue ao cliente, além de proteger as prateleiras que mantêm-se embutidas pelas paredes laterais. STATUS OF THE TECHNIQUE

[003] Um problema detectado é que quando desses expositores planificados, os mesmos têm as paredes laterais abertas no mesmo alinhamento da parede traseira, sobre a qual assentam-se as prateleiras em condição de "desarmadas", formando uma peça laminar totalmente aberta que, dependendo da dimensão do projeto (podendo ser um display de grande largura e altura) estende-se significativamente em sua largura quando planificado e, por isso, acaba por ocupar considerável espaço no estoque ou no galpão da indústria e, ainda, na carroceria para entrega ao cliente. Além disso, as prateleiras assentadas sobre a parede traseira, em caso de empilhamento de duas ou mais unidades planificadas, sofrem atrito e compressão provindos diretamente do manuseio do display imediatamente acima, podendo haver deformações ou mesmo avarias como rasgos no papelão ou solturas de presilhas, enfim, outros danos que acabam por dificultar ou inutilizar o seu uso. PURPOSE OF THE PATENT

Claims
