Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho terminal que, a fim de efetuar comunicações eficientes, inclui uma unidade de recepção configurada para receber uma autorização de uplink para uma determi-nada célula, e uma unidade de transmissão configurada para realizar uma transmissão de uplink com base na recepção da autorização de uplink, sendo que em um primeiro caso em que (a) uma duração entre a recepção da autorização de uplink e a execução da transmissão de uplink é diferente entre uma primeira célula e uma segunda célula, (b) a duração correspondente à primeira célula é uma primeira duração e a duração correspondente à segunda célula é uma segunda duração, e (c) uma transmissão de uplink na primeira duração colide com uma transmissão de uplink na segunda duração, a unidade de transmissão ajusta uma potência de transmissão para a primeira célula e uma potência de transmissão para a segunda célula com base nos valores da primeira duração e/ou da segunda duração.
