Abstract

A presente invenção reivindicada se refere a métodos para a predição de resultados de sistemas fisiológicos em tempo real usando entrada de dados limitados e recursos computacionais. A invenção reivindicada é compreendida de modelos fisiológicos simplificados ou resumidos, derivados de modelos de biologia sistêmica computacional detalhados baseados em nuvem. Os modelos resumidos são capazes de utilizar fluxos de dados limitados, tipicamente obtidos a partir de dispositivos de aquisição de dados não invasivos, a fim de estimar com precisão, predizer e exibir os resultados dos sistemas fisiológicos em tempo real no dispositivo, comparados às estimativas baseadas em nuvem detalhadas que são computacionalmente demandadas e que podem ser usadas no sentido de atualizar continuamente os modelos resumidos ao longo do tempo.
