Abstract

a invenção se refere a uma fralda descartável para incontinência urinária (2), com uma parte principal (4), que compreende uma área anterior (12), uma área para as costas (16) e uma área de entrepernas (20) disposta entre ambas, e com seções laterais posteriores unidas, (22) em ambos os lados, à área para as costas (16), que se prolongam, no sentido transversal (10) da fralda descartável para incontinência urinária (2), para fora das bordas longitudinais laterais posteriores (18) da parte principal (4) e suportam, cada uma, pelo menos um fecho (28), enquanto à área anterior (14) não são unidas quaisquer seções laterais (22), em que as seções laterais posteriores (22) para o fechamento da fralda descartável para incontinência urinária (2) podem ser envolvidas, respectivamente, em torno do corpo do paciente e podem ser trazidas em disposição sobreposta com um lado externo da área anterior (12), no qual as mesmas podem se aderir então, respectivamente, de forma removível, pelos respectivos fechos (28), em que as seções laterais posteriores (22) apresentam um prolongamento (q) no sentido transversal (10), que se prolonga além da respectiva borda longitudinal lateral posterior (18) e apresentam uma área elástica ou elastificada que se prolonga (42) no sentido transversal (10) e no sentido longitudinal (8), caracterizada pelo fato de que as seções laterais posteriores (22) são dobradas sobre si, pelo fabricante, em torno de, pelo menos, dois eixos de dobra da seção lateral (46, 48) que correm no sentido longitudinal (8), e, através desses eixos de dobra da seção lateral (46, 48), são definidas e limitadas áreas parciais (50, 52, 54) das seções laterais posteriores (22), e que é formada, de modo essencialmente não extensível, uma área parcial externa (54) no sentido transversal (10) e que é formada, de modo não extensível, uma área parcial (52) ligada internamente à área parcial externa (54), que parte do eixo de dobra (48) externo que corre no sentido longitudinal, com, pelo menos, 50% de sua superfície.
