Abstract

a presente invenção proporciona métodos eficientes para formar um poliácido polimérico de altos sólidos ou um polímero em pente útil como um superplastificante ou dispersante que compreende aquecer até de 80 a 100°c por um primeiro período de tempo e, então, sequencialmente, aquecer até uma segunda temperatura de 150 a 250ºc por um segundo período de tempo uma mistura de reação úmida tendo um teor de sólidos de 80 a 99% em peso e compreendendo de 15 a 60% em peso de um ou mais ácidos etilenicamente insaturados ou um sal dos mesmos, de 37 a 76,99% em peso de um ou mais poliéter polióis, alquil poliéter polióis, poliéter aminas ou alquil poliéter aminas na presença de (i) de 0,01 a 1% em peso de um ou mais iniciadores de radicais solúveis em água ou pares redox e ii) de 2 a 22% em peso de um ou mais compostos contendo óxido de fósforo, todos os pesos baseados no peso total da mistura de reação úmida.
