Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo (1) para o reconhecimento de impurezas na preparação da fiação, que apresenta um canal de inspeção (10), pelo qual pode ser inserido um fluxo de material de fibra (11), sendo que no fluxo de material de fibra (11) existem impurezas (12) a serem reconhecidas, para que está disponível pelo menos uma primeira unidade de iluminação (13) para a irradiação de luz no canal de inspeção (10), e sendo que é prevista pelo menos uma câmera (14) com a qual, a luz produzida pela unidade de iluminação (13) e refletida pela impureza (12) pode ser detectada. de acordo com a invenção é previsto um compartimento fechado (15) no qual a unidade de iluminação (13) é admitida hermeticamente, e sendo que, é prevista uma unidade de refrigeração por líquido (16) para a dissipação de calor da unidade de iluminação (13), com a qual, na operação da unidade de iluminação (13), o calor residual pode ser dissipado do compartimento (15) por meio de um líquido.
