Abstract
a presente invenção é adequada para uso na medicina para o posicionamento de máxima precisão, segurança e rapidez de um stent coronário em caso de lesões anatômicas simples e complicadas do leito vascular coronário, bem como para a aplicação de stent de artérias renais e viscerais. o dispositivo da invenção compreende um corpo com uma porção de cauda, uma roda para girar um parafuso, um parafuso, um cursor com um came, uma luva com grampos e um acoplamento de borracha provido na mesma, uma cunha consistindo em dois membros, uma mola e um botão de trava dispostos no corpo. na preparação para usar o dispositivo, o stent coronário no sistema de dispensa é sucessivamente inserido no dispositivo, depois do que o stent coronário no sistema de dispensa é então manualmente avançado para a área afetada da artéria coronária, o sistema de dispensa é travado no dispositivo, e o stent é posicionado dentro da artéria coronária por meio da rota de rotação.
