a invenção se refere a um calçado (1) o qual apresenta uma sola (2), a qual está ligada com uma parte superior do calçado (3). a fim de permitir uma customização individual simples do calçado a invenção prevê que a sola (2) compreenda: uma primeira parte da sola (4), a qual apresenta uma placa do fundo (5), sendo que, na placa do fundo (5) está moldado integralmente um número de primeiros elementos de amortecimento (6) que se estendem na direção de solicitação (r); uma segunda parte da sola (8), a qual apresenta uma placa de cobertura (9), sendo que, na placa de cobertura (9) está moldado um número de segundos elementos de amortecimento (10) que se estendem na direção de solicitação; uma parte de ligação (12), a qual apresenta um número de ligações de pinos (13) ligados entre si, sendo que, cada ligação de pinos apresenta um primeiro pino (14) orientado para baixo na direção de solicitação e um segundo pino (15) orientado para cima na direção de solicitação, sendo que, o primeiro pino é executado a fim de se encaixar com fecho devido ao atrito em uma seção cilíndrica oca (7) do primeiro elemento de amortecimento e, sendo que, o segundo pino é executado a fim de se encaixar com fecho devido ao atrito em uma seção cilíndrica oca (11) do segundo elemento de amortecimento.
