Abstract
a presente invenção revela um método de estabelecimento de portador, equipamento do usuário, e uma estação de base. o método inclui: configurar (11) pelo equipamento do usuário (ue) um portador para o ue pelo uso de um parâmetro de configuração pré-armazenado, em que o parâmetro de configuração pré-armazenado inclui um parâmetro de configuração de estrato de acesso (as), ou o parâmetro de configuração pré-armazenado inclui um parâmetro de configuração de as e um parâmetro de configuração de estrato de não acesso (nas); e enviar (12) pelo ue dados de serviço para uma estação de base pelo uso do portador.
