Abstract

trata-se de uma turbina de um ciclo de rankine orgânico orc. a turbina compreende um eixo sustentado por pelo menos dois mancais e uma pluralidade de estágios axiais de expansão, definidos por matrizes de pás de estator alternadas com matrizes ou pás de rotor. as pás de rotor são mantidas por discos de sustentação correspondentes. um disco de sustentação principal é acoplado diretamente ao eixo em uma posição externa em relação aos mancais, e os discos de sustentação remanescentes são travados ao disco de sustentação principal, e um ao outro em sucessão, mas não diretamente ao eixo. a solução proposta permite que uma configuração em balanço da turbina seja obtida ao mesmo tempo em que ainda tem uma pluralidade de estágios, até mais do que três, caso desejado. a turbina permite expandir o fluido de trabalho com alto salto de entalpia similar àquele obtenível pelas turbinas axiais multiestágio convencionais, que não são em balanço, ou por duas turbinas axiais acopladas, em que as outras condições são inalteradas. alguns dos discos de sustentação remanescentes são travados ao disco de sustentação principal e se estendem em balanço a partir do mesmo lado dos mancais que sustentam o eixo, para que o centro de gravidade da parte de rotor da turbina seja mais deslocado em direção aos mancais.
