um ventilador (1) para a luta contra o incêndio compreende uma hélice (2) montada coaxial dentro de um invólucro tubular (3) para produzir um jato de ar axial. o ventilador (1) compreende um dispositivo de guia (9) de fluxo de ar disposto no invólucro (3) para obter um jato de ar concentrado de seção substancialmente ovalada, compreende dentro do invólucro tubular (3) um conjunto de primeiros defletores (4) para concentrar o dito fluxo de ar axial e produzir um jato de ar axial concentrado e um conjunto de segundos defletores (16, 17) para produzir um veio de ar desviado em relação ao dito jato de ar axial concentrado de modo que o jato de ar concentrado de seção ovalada é uma combinação do jato de ar axial concentrado e do veio de ar desviado.
