Abstract
um método utilizando um depósito flutuante fora da costa para prover área abrigada usando um túnel para lançamento ou ancoragem fácil e seguro de embarcação e embarque ou desembarque de pessoal. o método pode ser usado para transferir equipamento entre a embarcação e o depósito flutuante fora da costa usando uma parte interna do túnel do lado da doca. o depósito flutuante fora da costa pode ter um casco flutuante, uma quilha, um deque principal, e pelo menos duas seções conectadas entre a quilha e o deque principal. as seções conectadas podem se estender para baixo a partir do deque principal para a quilha e podem ter uma seção lateral cilíndrica superior, uma seção de transição, e uma seção cilíndrica inferior. o método usa o túnel em uma profundidade operacional, com uma abertura de túnel para um exterior do casco flutuante para receber a embarcação.
