a invenção refere-se a um método para preparação e embalagem de um prato pronto para consumo. de acordo com a invenção, o método compreende as seguintes etapas: - colocar (1012) um primeiro item alimentício (12) em um recipiente (1); - colocar (1013) um segundo item alimentício (13) no dito recipiente (1) de tal maneira que o segundo item alimentício (13) seja situado sobre o dito primeiro item alimentício (12); - colocar (1011) um molho ou um caldo de carne (11) no dito recipiente (1), de modo que o dito molho ou o dito caldo de carne (11) seja situado embaixo do dito primeiro item alimentício (12) ou misturado com o dito primeiro item alimentício (12) sem estar em contato com o dito segundo item alimentício (13) antes e durante o processo de aquecimento (23); - realizar a vedação a vácuo hermética (102) do dito recipiente (1); - aquecer (103) os conteúdos de alimento do dito recipiente fechado (1), em que o dito recipiente (1) permanece sem movimento durante a etapa de aquecimento.
