Abstract
trata-se de um anel de suporte resiliente conformado para inserção com um anel de vedação num sulco anular em pelo menos um dentre dois membros de encaixe justo a fim de limitar a extrusão do anel de vedação. o anel de suporte é dividido por um corte que permite que o anel de suporte seja contraído em diâmetro para assentamento do anel de suporte no sulco anular. o corte define respectivos formatos em duas extremidades do anel de suporte que engatam entre si para travar o anel de suporte numa configuração de diâmetro contraído. pelo menos uma dentre as duas extremidades tem uma cavidade para receber uma ferramenta para aplicar a força para afastar as duas extremidades e destravar o anel de suporte da configuração de diâmetro contraído e expandir o diâmetro do anel de suporte para a remoção do anel de vedação do sulco anular.
