Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (10) e a um processo para pastilhar um produto fluidificável, especialmente uma massa fundida, com uma esteira rolante (18) e um gotejador (14), sendo que o gotejador deposita gotas de produto (20) sobre uma seção superior da esteira, sendo que as gotas de produto, durante o transporte sobre a seção superior da esteira são solidificadas para formarem pastilhas e sendo que corrente acima da região onde são depositadas as gotas de produto sobre a esteira são previstos meios (32, 38) para umidificar a esteira com um agente de separação líquido, sendo que o agente de separação impede ou reduz a aderência das gotas de produto na esteira, e sendo que uma bomba de dosagem proporcional (54) é prevista para misturar continuamente o agente de separação a partir de pelo menos dois componentes líquidos durante o funcionamento do dispositivo.
