são providos um dispositivo que adiciona um código de correção antecipada de erro (fec) nos dados a ser transmitidos e, então, transmite os dados, um sistema e um método, em que a redundância pode ser mudada de acordo com o estado do canal e uma redundância ideal pode ser definida com as definições passada e atual, comparadas uma com a outra. um dispositivo de comunicação 101 mede informação de qualidade do canal a partir de um pacote recebido e gera uma instrução de mudança de redundância com base na informação do canal. em casos em que o dispositivo de comunicação 101 adquire a segunda e subsequente informação de qualidade do canal, o dispositivo de comunicação 101 compara a atual informação de qualidade do canal com a instrução de mudança de redundância passada e a informação de qualidade do canal passada, desse modo, definindo a redundância, com o resultado de que o dispositivo de comunicação 101 pode satisfazer um valor alvo da qualidade do canal, ao mesmo tempo em que suprime os congestionamentos e, adicionalmente, pode buscar uma condição para minimizar a redundância.
