Abstract
um método para alquilação de uma carga de alimentação é descrito. o método inclui colocar a carga de alimentação que compreende pelo menos um composto aromático alquilatável e um agente alquilante em contato com uma primeira composição de catalisador alquilante sob condições alquilantes, sendo que a primeira composição de catalisador alquilante compreende zeólita uzm-8 e um ligante, a primeira composição de catalisador alquilante tem 20 a 30% em peso de zeólita uzm-8 e o catalisador tem uma razão molar de nitrogênio para alumínio de zeólita de entre 0,01 a 0,040; em que uma seletividade alquilada total em uma temperatura e uma razão molar de composto aromático alquilatável para agente alquilante é maior do que 99,0%.
