Abstract
uma lâmina de energia eólica de tamanho grande com uma estrutura de múltiplas vigas e seu método de fabricação, em que a lâmina adota uma estrutura de disposição oca e compreende uma borda de sucção da pele da lâmina, uma borda de pressão da pele da lâmina, uma viga transversal de estrutura de suporte de carga principal e redes anticisalhamento, em que a borda de sucção da pele da lâmina e a borda de pressão da pele da lâmina são combinadas para formar uma estrutura de cavidade tendo uma seção cruzada aerodinâmica, em que uma estrutura de apoio formada pela combinação da viga transversal de estrutura de suporte de carga principal e a rede anticisalhamento estão localizadas na cavidade. ambas a borda de sucção da pele da lâmina e a borda de pressão da pele da lâmina adotam uma estrutura combinada multissegmentada, em que os múltiplos segmentos são conectados à superfície lateral da viga transversal da estrutura de suporte da carga principal para formar integralmente a borda de sucção da pele da lâmina e a borda de pressão da pele da lâmina. sob a premissa de garantir a rigidez e resistência estruturais, a capacidade anticombinação, assim como a estabilidade da lâmina da presente invenção, é aumentada. com o uso da camada de fibra de carbono de alto módulo, o peso da lâmina é reduzido, a carga da lâmina, especialmente a carga de fadiga, é reduzida.
