Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método, sistema e dispositivo de equilíbrio de carga em uma rede de telecomunicação, onde a seleção de um ou mais equipamentos de usuário (ue) (150) a serem realocados de uma célula de origem (112) para uma célula de destino (122), é baseada em um valor de predição de desempenho na célula de destino. a predição do desempenho na célula de destino é executada através do mapeamento de carga atual da célula de destino em um sinal detetado atual da dita célula de destino, em um desempenho percebido pelos ues que foram realocados anteriormente. depois da realocação do ue, o desempenho percebido na célula de destino é medi-do efetivamente e retornado (312) pela célula de destino rbs (120) para a célula de origem rbs (110), e usado para atualizar o valor de desempenho predito.
