Abstract
trata-se de um equipamento de usuário (ue) que fornece uma indicação de tipo de capacidade para cada uma dentre uma ou mais capacidades de ue. cada indicação corresponde a um tipo de capacidade, sendo que o tipo é um de uma capacidade persistente ou uma capacidade de segundo tipo. as informações correspondentes à indicação de tipo de capacidade podem ser fornecidas a um enb associado ao ue por sinalização de rrc. o ue fornece uma indicação de mudança de capacidade para cada uma dentre uma ou mais capacidades de ue que mudou o tipo de capacidade. as informações correspondentes à indicação de mudança de capacidade podem ser fornecidas a um enb por sinalização de camada inferior, sinalização de rrc, ou uma combinação dos mesmos. as informações de mudança de capacidade podem ser enviadas ao enb de modo autônomo pelo ue, ou em resposta a uma consulta do enb. a consulta do enb pode ser disparada pelo ue.
