Abstract
"normalização da resposta de um instrumento de fluorescência com o uso de resposta espectral", a presente invenção refere-se a um método para normalizar ao menos um dentre uma população de analisador de diagnóstico clínico para um analisador de diagnóstico clínico mestre, de modo que um resultado de ensaio de um analisador de diagnóstico clínico subordinado possa ser convertido para o resultado equivalente do analisador de diagnóstico clínico mestre, utilizando-se um fator multiplicativo simples quando o ensaio executado em cada analisador usar um corante comum identificado de forma fluorescente. refere-se, ainda, a um método para renormalizar um resultado de ensaio de diagnóstico clínico subordinado para um resultado de ensaio de diagnóstico clínico mestre, com o uso de um fator multiplicativo simples quando o ensaio executado no analisador de diagnóstico clínico subordinado usar um corante identificado de forma fluorescente diferente do que o ensaio executado no analisador de diagnóstico clínico mestre.
