Abstract

as modalidades aqui se relacionam a um método executado por um nó de acesso de rádio para programar um canal de controle e/ou um canal de dados para um terminal de comunicação em uma rede de comunicação sem fios (1). o nó de acesso de rádio (12, 13) serve o terminal de comunicação (10) em pelo menos uma de uma primeira célula em uma portadora de um espectro licenciado ou não licenciado, e/ou uma segunda célula em uma portadora de um espectro não licenciado. o nó de acesso de rádio determina se um processo de escute antes de falar, lbt, é para ser executado ou não na segunda célula (14). o nó de acesso de rádio programa, baseado em se o processo de lbt é para ser executado em um subquadro na segunda célula ou não, um canal de controle e/ou um canal de dados com uma posição de começo no subquadro fora de pelo menos duas posições de começo. o nó de acesso de rádio transmite informação de controle no canal de controle e/ou dados no canal de dados como programado para o terminal de comunicação (10).
