Abstract
um sensor de viscosímetro de fluido de formação de fundo de poço e método para o mesmo incluem um pacote de detecção de viscosímetro, um diafragma flexível, um ímã e bobina elétrica e um conjunto de captação de sinal. o sensor de viscosímetro pode também incluir uma primeira cavidade e uma segunda cavidade para transferência de energia mecânica e elétrica. o ímã e a bobina elétrica podem ser acionados por corrente alternada externa para gerar uma força eletromagnética. óleo de silício pode ser usado para encher a primeira cavidade e/ou um furo de equilíbrio de pressão pode conectar a primeira cavidade a uma área externa. o diafragma pode ser uma liga de titânio e um ímã ferromagnético pode ser fixado ao diafragma. o diafragma tem de preferência uma espessura de cerca de 0,030 a cerca de 0,040 polegada e o ímã e a bobina elétrica podem propulsionar o diafragma para vibrar a uma frequência de 0 a 100 khz. a viscosidade de fluido de formação é determinada usando a largura de linha de frequência ressonante com contribuições das propriedades intrínsecas do pacote de sensor removidas.
