a presente invenção refere-se a métodos e sistemas para definir sensores e desenvolver classificadores para respostas de sensores em uma rede de distribuição de serviços públicos. os experimentos são conduzidos variando-se seletivamente os parâmetros da rede de distribuição de serviços públicos e observando-se as respostas da rede à variação. os métodos e sistemas da presente invenção associam, então, as respostas específicas dos sensores da rede de distribuição de serviços públicos a variações específicas nos parâmetros da rede de distribuição, com base no conhecimento das áreas de espaço dos períodos de tempo onde a variação nos parâmetros da rede de distribuição pode afetar a resposta do sensor. estes dados associados são, então, usados para atualizar um modelo de resposta da rede de distribuição.
