Abstract

dispersão de polímero aquosa, processo para preparação de uma dispersão de polímero aquosa, e, uso de uma dispersão de polímero aquosa a invenção refere-se a uma dispersão de polímero aquosa contendo amido finamente dividido, que é obtenível pela polimerização de emulsão de radical livre de monômeros etilenicamente insaturados na presença de pelo menos um iniciador de redox e amido, em que os monômeros etilenicamente insaturados compreendem (a) de 30 a 65% em peso de acrilonitrila e/ou metacrilonitrila, (b) de 35 a 60% em peso de pelo menos um acrilato de alquila c1-c12 e/ou pelo menos um metacrilato de alquila c1-c12, (c) de 0 a 35% em peso de pelo menos um outro monômero copolimerizável etilenicamente insaturado, em que a soma de (a), (b) e (c) totaliza 100%, e em que a dispersão de polímero aquosa compreende (d) de 10 a 55% em peso de um amido de tapioca iônico, em que o peso de (d) é com base nos sólidos totais de componentes (a), (b), (c) e (d) da dispersão de polímero aquosa. a invenção também se refere a um processo para a fabricação das dispersões de polímero aquosas contendo amido finamente dividido e também para o uso do dito amido finamente dividido contendo dispersões de polímero aquosas como uma cola para papel, cartão e papelão.
