Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de uma roda que compreende uma etapa (a) durante a qual um líquido para ser polimerizado é moldado em um primeiro molde (5) a fim de solidificar o mesmo em uma pré-forma tubular (4), com o eixo principal (xx'), o primeiro molde (5) compreendendo núcleos de modelagem para formar recessos (9), do tipo nervura, na espessura radial (e4) da pré-forma tubular; seguido por uma etapa de corte (b), durante a qual a pré-forma tubular (4) é cortada perpendicular ao eixo principal (xx'), e secante aos recessos (9), de forma a obter uma seção de pré-forma tubular, formando um aro (10); seguido por uma etapa de sobremoldagem (d), durante a qual dito aro (10) é colocado em um segundo molde, concentricamente com um elemento de apoio central, como um mancal ou um eixo e um material polímero de preenchimento é injetado a fim de criar um disco intermediário que provê um anexo do aro para o elemento de apoio central.
