Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um permutador de calor (1) para um veículo automotor, com um bloco de permuta de calor (7) e com pelo menos uma caixa coletora (5) com uma base para tubos (8), sendo que o bloco de permuta de calor (7) é formado por uma série de tubos (2) adjacentes uns aos outros e por elementos de aletas onduladas (3) dispostas entre eles, e os tubos (2) estão alojados, por uma de suas regiões terminais de modo vedado a fluidos, na base para tubos (8) da caixa coletora (5), sendo que a base para tubos (8) da caixa coletora (5) é constituída de material sintético e está moldada por injeção no bloco de permuta de calor (7), sendo que entre a base para tubos (8) da caixa coletora (5) e o bloco de permuta de calor (7) está disposto um elemento distanciador (4), através do qual são introduzidos os tubos (2), sendo que os elementos de aletas onduladas (3) estão distanciados da base para tubos (8) da caixa coletora (5) por meio do elemento distanciador (4). além disso, a invenção também se refere a um processo para produção de um permutador de calor (1).
