Abstract
um aparelho de puncionamento compreende uma pluralidade de ferramentas de puncionamento (2) e uma pluralidade de atuadores (3) posicionada acima e alinhada com as respectivas ferramentas de puncionamento (2) para atuar estas ao longo de uma direção operacional (a) de maneira a interagir com uma peça a ser trabalhada, as ferramentas de puncionamento (2) e os atuadores (3) sendo arranjados lado a lado ao longo de pelo menos uma fileira (17); o aparelho de puncionamento (1) compreende pelo menos um sensor óptico de barreira (20), adequado para gerar um feixe de luz (l) que é posto lado a lado com a fileira (17) de ferramentas de puncionamento (2) e atuadores (3), e uma pluralidade de elementos de referência (8), cada um dos quais sendo associado a uma respectiva ferramenta de puncionamento (2) e/ou atuador (3) para interceptar o feixe de luz (l); o sensor óptico de barreira (20) é arranjado para detectar mudanças no feixe de luz (l) produzidas por um dos elementos de referência (8) movendo ao longo da direção operacional (a) de maneira a medir uma posição e/ou um curso e/ou uma velocidade de uma ferramenta de puncionamento (2) associada ao elemento de referência (8).
