a presente invenção permite que um terminal móvel realize a comunicação com uma pluralidade de tipos de aparelhos de leitura/escrita fornecidos com um programa de controle possuindo uma função de identificação ou autenticação do indicador de rfid. são fornecidos um aplicativo 15, uma unidade de processamento gps 11 para recuperar a informação de localização atual de um terminal móvel 10, uma unidade de processamento de indicador de rfid 12 para receber um sinal de acordo com um portador ou comando gerado por um aparelho de leitura/escrita 41 e enviando um acionador, e um controlador de terminal 14 para operar o aplicativo 15 em resposta ao acionador, onde o aplicativo 15 recupera, a partir do terminal móvel 10, a informação pessoal incluindo a informação de identificação de um usuário 40 do terminal móvel 10 ou informação de identificação do terminal móvel 10, e informação referente a uma data e hora quando o aplicativo 15 operou ou uma data e hora quando o aparelho de leitura/escrita 41 e a unidade de processamento de indicador de rfid 12 realizou a comunicação um com o outro e envia a informação recuperada para um servidor de aplicativo 20 com a informação de localização atual ou informação de ponto de verificação identificada com base na informação de localização atual.
