Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE CARBOIDRATO E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO DE CARBOIDRATO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de carboidrato caracterizada pelo fato de que possui uma equivalência de dextrose de 20 a 25, e ainda caracterizada pelo fato de que possui um teor de fibra de 10 a 90% em peso da composição em base seca. A invenção ainda se refere a um processo para preparar uma composição de carboidrato. Ainda, a invenção se refere a um alimento, alimentação, alimento de animal de estimação, produtos farmacêutico, cosmético e industrial, compreendendo a composição de carboidrato da presente invenção e outros ingredientes, e ao uso da composição de carboidrato da presente invenção.
