Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA E MÉTODO. Em um aspecto, a presente invenção é direcionada a um método de fazer uma forma de dosagem sólida de liberação controlada tendo uma camada de revestimento de etilcelulose, cuja camada compreende um agente de coalescência que é um éster orgânico tendo um Valor HLB de 3 a 8. O uso de tal agente de coalescência permite a formação de um revestimento de liberação controlada eficaz sem a necessidade de ainda uma etapa de cura após o processo de revestimento. Em outros aspectos, a invenção diz respeito a uma dispersão aquosa útil em tal método, bem como a forma de dosagem revestida produzida.
