Abstract
método, sistema de resolução que facilita resolução de falhas de rede em centro de dados e meio de armazenamento legível por computador. a presente invenção refere-se a várias tecnologias pertencentes à provisão de assistência a um operador em um centro de dados com relação às falhas no centro de dados. um alarme é recebido e u dispositivo com falha é identificado com base no conteúdo do alarme. as condições de falha do alarme são mapeadas em um sintoma de falha que pode ser exibido pelo dispositivo com falha e as opções de resolução de problemas previamente empregadas para mitigar o sintoma de falha são recuperadas de dados históricos. rótulos são respectivamente atribuídos às opções de resolução de problemas, onde um rótulo é indicativo de uma probabilidade que uma opção de resolução de problemas à qual o rótulo foi atribuído mitigará o sintoma de falha.
