Abstract
SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO. Esta invenção provê um sistema de comunicação que pode impedir que a comutação entre o estado de operação normal e o estado de economia de energia de uma célula de economia de energia seja desnecessariamente realizada. A célula de economia de energia (célula ES) fica em um estado adormecido, que é o estado de economia de energia (em uma etapa ST1101). Quando a célula ES receber uma mensagem de solicitação de despertar a partir de um aparelho de terminal de comunicação (UE) (em uma etapa ST1104), a célula ES executa um controle de limite de acesso e determina se o UE pode acessar a célula ES (em uma etapa ST1106). Se a célula ES determinar que o UE pode acessar a célula ES, a célula ES se comuta (em uma etapa ST1109) e transiciona do estado adormecido para um estado ativo que é o estado de operação normal (em uma etapa ST1110).
