Abstract

TÉCNICAS PARA A INCLUSÃO DE INDICAÇÕES DA ZONA DE INTERESSE EM DADOS DE VÍDEO COMPRIMIDO. Várias modalidades se direcionam geralmente para técnicas para a incorporação de indicações de zonas de interesse (ROIs) em um fluxo de bits de vídeo de fotogramas de vídeo comprimido representando imagens de um vídeo de movimento na forma comprimida. Um dispositivo para a compressão de imagens de vídeo de movimento inclui um componente de compressão para comprimir uma imagem de um vídeo de movimento para a geração de dados de vídeo comprimido representando o vídeo de movimento, a imagem compreendendo uma zona de interesse (ROI); e um componente de aumento para aumentar os dados de vídeo comprimido com uma indicação de uma localização de um limite da ROI na imagem.
