Abstract

SUPORTE DE CAMADA DE BASE NÃO-HEVC EM EXTENSÕES MULTICAMADAS DE HEVC. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho configurado para decodificar informações de vídeo que inclui uma memória e um processador em comunicação com a memória. A memória é configurada para uma memória configurada para armazenar informações de vídeo associadas com fluxo de bits.
