Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL PRIMÁRIO PARA UMA FERRAMENTA DE USINAGEM, MATERIAL PRIMÁRIO PLANO PARA UMA FERRAMENTA DE USINAGEM, E, FERRAMENTA DE USINAGEM. A invenção se refere a um método para produzir um material primário para uma ferramenta de usinagem, em particular um material primário para uma lâmina de serra, uma fita de serra, uma linha de corte, uma faca de perfuração ou uma lâmina, em que um primeiro suporte plano (10) é arranjado com uma aresta (11) do mesmo ao longo de uma aresta (12) de um segundo suporte plano (13), em que o primeiro e o segundo suportes (10, 13) são soldados ao longo das arestas (11, 12) fornecendo pelo menos um primeiro material de corte particulado (19, 19a), e o primeiro e o segundo suportes (10, 13) são separados outra vez substancialmente ao longo da junta soldada (24) formada na maneira mencionada acima. A invenção também se refere a um material primário plano correspondente.
