a invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um componente fundido (6) com um inserto (1), que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) prover um inserto (1) que compreende um corpo de inserto (2) apresentando uma superfície externa (3), b) revestir a dita superfície externa (3) com uma camada adaptativa (4) formada de óxido de silício, c) dispor o dito inserto (1) em um molde, d) fundir o inserto e a camada adaptativa com liga de alumínio (7) a fim de produzir a parte fundida. a dita liga de alumínio (7) apresenta uma parte de magnésio de pelo menos 0,3% em peso, preferivelmente de pelo menos 0,5 % em peso.
