Abstract

resumo “três zonas gaseificador e método para operacionais, tais um gaseificador para termicamente converter subprodutos e resíduos” a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo na forma de um gaseificador de três zonas e a um método para operar uma tal gaseificador. o objetivo da invenção é o de proporcionar um dispositivo que inicia um tempo de permanência mais longo e um aumento do processo de gaseificação de saída, impede obstruções relacionada-método, deslocamentos, e o sobre enchimento do gaseificador, organiza uma intensificação da transferência de calor por convecção para o carbono partículas, assegura uma estabilização do processo de gaseificação, atinge uma temperatura de processamento e estabilidade diferenciada e maior, e produz um gás bruto virtualmente completamente alvo e livre de poeira. isto é conseguido pelo facto de o gaseificador de três zonas compreende um invólucro (4) que rodeia uma calha de gaseificador (3), um forro de gaseificador (13) a qual está disposta ao longo da calha gaseificador (3) e está provida de um isolamento (14), uma cabeça de gaseificador (17) o qual está disposto sobre o forro gaseificador (13) e está provida de um isolamento (14), e um espaço gaseificador livre (20) que é fechado pelo revestimento gaseificador (13) e a cabeça do gaseificador (17). a calha de gaseificador (3), o invólucro (4), o eixo de ejeco (6), o revestimento do gaseificador (13), e a cabeça do gaseificador (17) estão ligados um ao outro de uma maneira estanque a gases, pelo menos, um gás de síntese descarga (16) está localizado na parte superior do revestimento do gaseificador (13), e a calha de gaseificador (3) tem uma base perfurada (35) com uma descarga de contaminantes (5) e é rodeado por um intervalo de separação (11), que abre-se para, pelo menos, um eixo de ejeco (6). um cone truncado envolto (21) estar disposta na região da conexão entre a calha de gaseificador (3) e o espaço livre no gaseificador (20), em que o tronco de cone é aberto na face superior e inferior do referido cone, tem um diâmetro que afunila na direção da cabeça do gaseificador (17), e está colocada sobre a calha de gaseificador (3) na forma de um sino.
