Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sensor (100) para de-tecção de uma posição em duas direções espaciais (x, y), sendo que o sensor (100) compreende um campo de sensor (102) e um elemento de manobra (104). o campo de sensor (102) apresenta uma primeira fila (106) e pelo menos uma segunda fila (108). as filas (106, 108) apresentam em uma primeira direção espacial (x) elementos sensores (110) dispostos um ao lado do outro. as filas (106, 108) estão dispostas uma ao lado da outra em uma segunda direção espacial (y) alinhada transversalmente à primeira direção espacial (x). o elemento de manobra (104), está disposto em uma terceira direção espacial (z) transversalmente à primeira (x) e segunda (y) direção espacial, distanciado do campo de sensor (102). o elemento de manobra (104) está realizado na primeira (x) e segunda (y) direção espacial de modo móvel em relação ao campo de sensor (102). o elemento de manobra (104) está formado para influenciar uma variável de medição dos elementos sensores (110), sendo que um sinal de um elemento sensor (110) representa um grau de uma sobreposição do elemento sensor (110) pelo elemento de manobra (104).
