Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma micropartícula contendo ingrediente ativo adaptada para liberar o ingrediente ativo em um uso final desejado, a qual compreende: (a) um núcleo contendo ingrediente ativo, opcionalmente formado em um núcleo interno, que compreende um meio hidrofílico contínuo em que pelo menos um ingrediente ativo é dissolvido ou está presente como partículas dispersas; (b) uma camada de barreira livre de ingrediente ativo, a qual circunda completamente a matriz de núcleo; e (c) uma camada de material polimérico que tem uma solubilidade na água a 25°c de 0,1% em peso no máximo que circunda a camada de barreira.
